My Approach

My Approach

I offer a warm, thoughtful and collaborative psychodynamic approach to couple and individual therapy in Jersey and online. In our weekly 50 minute sessions, we will explore the patterns, experiences and emotional dynamics that may be contributing to difficulties in your relationships or personal life. Therapy provides a confidential space to reflect more deeply on yourself, your relationships and the experiences that have shaped you, helping you move towards greater understanding, connection and change.

I work with the concerns you bring, rather than following a rigid agenda, recognising that each individual and couple’s experience is unique. Sessions may be short-term or longer-term depending on your needs, and there is no fixed limit to the number of sessions.

I also offer Couple Therapy for Depression, a structured 20-session intervention developed by Tavistock Relationships and the NHS, designed to support both relationship wellbeing and mental health.

A little about me...

Psychotherapy & Counselling

I am a psychodynamic psychotherapist working with couples and individuals in Jersey and online.

Alongside my private practice, I share the role of Clinical Lead for the Listening Lounge. I trained and worked at Tavistock Relationships, London (Tavistock Institute of Medical Psychology), an internationally recognised centre for couple psychotherapy, research and training, where I completed a Masters degree in Couple and Individual Psychodynamic Counselling & Psychotherapy.

At Tavistock Relationships, I took a research interest on the impact of major life transitions on couple relationships, and in Couple Therapy for Depression, a specialist Tavistock Relationships and NHS initiative supporting relationship wellbeing and mental health.

With over 10 years’ clinical experience, I specialise in helping couples navigate recurring conflict, emotional disconnection and the pressures that parenting, loss, stress and major life transitions can place on relationships.

My work is grounded in psychodynamic thinking, supporting deeper understanding of self, relationships and addressing patterns that keep people stuck.

I am fully accredited by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), insured and professionally supervised.
